At Nümph A/S we disclaim for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Subject to availability.
At Nümph we care about you, therefore we only use secure payment gateways - your security first.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express
- Google Pay and Apple Pay
The payment will not be deducted from your account before the item is shipped. All amounts are in euro and incl. VAT. We disclaim for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.
At Nümph we strive to send your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day - otherwise the following business day.
Goods are delivered every weekday. You can typically expect to receive your order 2-5 business days after placing your order (up to 10 days outside EU). Express deliveries are not offered.
We ship to all countries listed below with shipping prices starting from €6,95:
- Spain (we do not ship to islands)
- United Kingdom
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of orders to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Northern Ireland.
Your goods are sent with GLS and is fully insured.

You have a 14-days right of return on items bought at Nümph.com. The cancellation must be reported to us by email no later than 14 days after your complete order has been delivered. From the date of cancellation you must return your order no later than 14 days thereafter.
You will bear the costs in connection with returning your order (OBS: German customers may use the prepaid return label included in the parcel)
How to return:
We've made it easy for you to return your goods. Follow these steps:
1. Pack the items in the original packaging or other suitable packaging
2. Fill out the enclosed return form and put it back in the return packaging together with the items
3. Add a return label on your package. Remember to remove the original shipping label
4. Hand the package over to your courier/drop-off point, who will send it back to Nümph

You cannot cancel/return by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice of this at the same time.
You must return your order immediately and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.
You bear the risk of the item from the time the item is delivered until we have received it back.
We do not receive packages by cash on delivery.
Condition of the goods upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try on the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store. If hangtags, price tags etc. are damaged or removed from the product, it is considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - the return - you will only receive a partial refund or no purchase amount at all. In order to get the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid to us.
If you are responsible for a reduction in value, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded immediately and no later than 14 days after we have received notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. If you only return parts of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back, unless you have previously provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

Please remember to include your order number and the fault on the item - and if possible please include pictures of the item. Our customer service will then help to assess and process your case.
Please note - if your item was purchased from one of our retailers, you will not be able to advertise the item with us. Instead, you must contact the retailer where you purchased the product. This can help you to process your complaint.
