FAQ
How long is the delivery time?
At Nümph we strive to send your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day - otherwise the following business day.
Goods are delivered every weekday. You can typically expect to receive your order 3-6 business days after placing your order (up to 14 days for UK customers). Express deliveries are not offered.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries listed below with shipping prices starting from €6,95:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland - (please note we do not ship to Northern Ireland), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (we do dont ship to islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of orders to the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and Northern Ireland.
Your goods are sent with GLS and is fully insured.
How do I return an item?
Go to our returns portal and register your return before sending your package back to us. After registering, you will receive a confirmation and an email with further return information and instructions.

How long before the money is returned to my account?
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow 1–4 banking days for the amount to be available in your account.
If you return your entire order, all payments received from you will be refunded, including the original shipping cost. If you return only part of your order, shipping costs from the original delivery will not be refunded.
What are your return policy?
14 days full return. If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you need to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, you must register your return online via our return portal. Once your return is registered, you then have 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with all original tags and price labels attached.
How do I make a claim for an item purchased at www.numph.com?
Contact our customer service. If you wish to make a claim of an item purchased online at www.numph.com, please email us at shop@numph.com with a description and photos along with your order number, product name, style number, and size.
Please do not return faulty items to us before contacting customer service. Claims cannot be registered or returned through our return portal.
How do I make a claim for an item purchased elsewhere?
If you bought your item from a third party (another webshop or physical store), please contact the store directly where the item was purchased.
