Logistics Coordinator for Nümph A/S

Are you structured, good at keeping an overview, and do you enjoy a varied day where logistics, planning and collaboration go hand in hand?

At Nümph A/S in Kolding we are looking for an engaged and independent logistics coordinator who wants to join our logistics team.

We are an international fashion company with the two brands Nümph and Anerkjendt, sold through a wide network of international retailers, Key Account customers, webshops and marketplaces.

Our logistics function is an important link between purchasing, sales, e‑commerce, the warehouse and our external partners. We are therefore looking for a colleague who can help ensure an efficient flow of goods and orders – all the way from supplier to customer.

Your tasks

You will have a varied day working across inbound, outbound and warehouse coordination. You will be part of a team where we help each other, share knowledge and ensure tasks are completed – even when it's busy.

Your duties will include, among other things:

Inbound – incoming goods flow

  • Planning and coordination of goods arrivals from international suppliers.
  • Booking and follow‑up on sea, rail and air freight.
  • Coordination with purchasing, freight forwarders and the warehouse.
  • Handling import, transport and customs documentation.
  • Monitoring delivery times and optimizing transport solutions.

Outbound – outgoing goods flow

  • Coordination and handling of customer orders and deliveries to Danish and international customers.
  • Booking and planning of shipments in cooperation with carriers and the warehouse.
  • Preparation and handling of export and customs documentation.
  • Coordination of deliveries to Key Account customers, special customers, webshops and marketplaces, including Zalando, together with the rest of the team

Warehouse coordination and planning

  • Daily coordination with the warehouse regarding incoming and outgoing goods flow.
  • Coordination of product samples, returns and special customer tasks.
  • Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes across the logistics function.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from a similar position within logistics, shipping, order processing or supply chain.

You have a good understanding of the connection between purchasing, transport, warehouse and customer deliveries, and you enjoy both administrative and coordinating tasks.

We place emphasis on that you:

  • Are structured, responsible and good at maintaining an overview.
  • Work independently and follow your tasks through to completion.
  • Are flexible, solution‑oriented and thrive in a day where priorities can change.
  • Are good at collaborating and communicating across departments.
  • Have good IT skills and preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Are proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

You don't need to be a specialist in all areas. The most important thing is that you have a broad understanding of logistics, are curious and want to develop your skills.
