Step by step
1) Register your return online
Go to our returns portal and register your return before sending your package back to us.
Use your order number (NUMCOM…) and the email address you used when placing your order.
2) Receive return instructions
After registering, you will receive a confirmation and an email with further return information and instructions. Please note that our return process varies depending on the country you are returning from. This is due to different return options provided by our partner courier GLS, and therefore not something we can change individually.
a) For customers from Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ireland or Luxembourg
- You will receive a return label in the email.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at a GLS Parcel Shop.
- Please note that a return fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
b) For customers from all other countries
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to send your return to us.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at your chosen courier service.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself, and no return fee will be deducted.
3) Wait for your refund
Once we have received your return, the amount for the returned items will be refunded.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.Please note that this process can take up to 20 days.
FAQ
Refunds
If you return your entire order, all payments received from you will be refunded, including the original shipping cost. If you return only part of your order, shipping costs from the original delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow 1–4 banking days for the amount to be available in your account.
Received a wrong or defective item?
Contact our customer service if you have received a wrong or faulty item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service at shop@numph.com before returning the item, so we can help you with the right solution.
Wish to make a claim for an item purchased at www.numph.com
If you wish to make a claim of an item purchased online at www.numph.com, please email us at shop@numph.com with a description of the issue and your order number. To speed up the process, please also include photos of the defect along with the product name, style number, and size. Please do not return faulty items to us before contacting customer service. Claims cannot be registered or returned through our return portal.
Want to make a claim for an item purchased elsewhere?
Contact the store/webshop. If you bought your item from a third party (another webshop or physical store), please contact the store directly where the item was purchased.
Condition of returned items
All items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with all tags and price labels attached.
You are only liable for any decrease in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to test the item’s nature, properties, and functionality – just as you would in a physical store. If hangtags or price labels are damaged or removed, the item will be considered used and cannot be refunded in full.
If the item has been used beyond this, we may only issue a partial refund – or no refund – depending on the item’s market value upon return. To receive a full refund, you may try on the item but not actually use it.

If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you need to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, you must register your return online via our return portal. Once your return is registered, you then have 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with all original tags and price labels attached.
